Eleven is a design studio based in London, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect very little, we don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

What we collect
Enquiries. If you contact us by email or through this site, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. We use this to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to a direct enquiry).

Technical data. Like every website, our hosting infrastructure processes your IP address and basic request data (browser type, pages requested) in order to deliver the site to you and keep it secure. This happens in server logs and is not used to identify or profile you. Legal basis: legitimate interests (operating and securing the website).

That's it. We do not collect any other personal data through this site.

Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent service, and there is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Third parties
We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands) hosts this website. Your IP address and request data pass through Framer's infrastructure when you visit. Framer's privacy policy is at framer.com/legal/privacy.

Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) delivers the video content on this site. When a video loads, your IP address is processed by Bunny's content delivery network. Bunny's privacy policy is at bunny.net/privacy.

Both providers process data within, or with safeguards recognised by, the UK and EU data protection frameworks. We do not use any third-party service that tracks you across other websites.

How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and are reviewed periodically. Server logs are retained by our hosting providers for short periods for security purposes, in line with their own policies.

Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@eleven.design.

If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal data — for example, if we add analytics in future — we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent at that point.
