Business Class Seat
Only what you need, exactly when you need it
Taking a minimalist approach
There is a particular kind of luxury in restraint, and it's the principle at the heart of this seat. Rather than layering on complexity, we asked a simpler question: what does a business class passenger actually need, and when do they need it? Working with Helium Aerospace, the result is a seat that gives you only what matters, exactly when you want it, and nothing else standing in your way. It simply lets you be. Work when you want to work. Rest when you want to rest. The seat recedes, and the space becomes yours, effortlessly, without the seat itself asking for your attention.
Modularity and Materiality
Simplicity, done properly, is what makes real modularity possible. This seat is built from a small number of considered elements, an L-shaped back shell, an independent seat that isn't reliant on it, a side console placed with intent rather than integrated out of necessity, an IFE screen that hangs from the back shell rather than being built into it, and controls that ask for almost nothing from you. Each piece can exist on its own terms, which means each piece can be refined, replaced or reconsidered without disturbing the whole. That's what modularity should feel like: quiet, structural confidence, not a checklist of features bolted together.
The materials carry that same intent. Every surface is chosen to express quality that you feel before you consciously notice it, and every touchpoint is designed to calm, not perform. The armrest, the headrest, the console, each one is a small, deliberate moment of comfort, considered on its own, so the whole seat feels inevitable rather than assembled.

Considered Features
The best feature is often the one you don't notice until you need it. This seat holds back until you ask for something, and then it offers it, simply. A tray table that disappears when it's not needed, and appears, generously sized, when you want to work or eat. A reading lamp that's focused precisely where you need light, and nowhere else. A side console that's generous without asking for justification, built for the small things you actually reach for. USB power placed with intent, so cables don't become clutter. Controls kept minimal, so using the seat never feels like operating it. Nothing here is included because it could be. Everything here is included because, at some point in the journey, you'll actually want it.
